Comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep.
The lack of parking was a significant inconvenience, especially since I had to search for a spot far from the hotel. The breakfast hours were restrictive. having just an hour window made it difficult for early risers. the one set of keys given for two adults was frustrating, as it disrupted our routines and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I wished they could provide an extra key, even at a cost.

A Must for Cyclists
Staying here was like a breath of fresh air. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, went above and beyond to keep our bikes safe, and breakfast was just superb, with options that even catered to vegans.
It felt a bit pricey but still within reason for the experience.

Charming stay in Dolgellau
Had a lovely 2-night stay! The room was cozy, and the breakfast spread was super tasty. Duncan was incredibly helpful with local tips and made sure my dietary needs were met. Plus, met a couple of adorable cats! Only wish the ensuite was a tad bigger, but it didn’t take away from the experience at all.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely place with friends. It’s perfect for quick access to the mountains and outdoor activities. We enjoyed exploring the scenic views and even visited the nearby Cadair Idris for some hiking. The breakfast was outstanding with a great selection, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The decor felt a little dated, particularly the curtains and carpets, which might not appeal to everyone.
